With McDonald’s sponsoring major sporting events across Europe, the internal team needed a clearer, more cohesive way to share updates across markets.

As part of the project team, I helped redesign the internal sponsorship newsletter to improve both structure and visual appeal. The new format used bold colours, flexible layouts, and custom iconography to highlight key updates while staying true to McDonald’s global brand guidelines.

The result was a more engaging and consistent communication tool—easy to update, easy to read, and better suited to a fast-moving international team.
